Design Development Corporation

We design it. We build it. No handoff.

Designers and engineers on one team, in one file. Nothing gets lost crossing the wall, because we never built one.

Why we're built this way

Most projects die in the gap between the design file and the repository. DDC removes the gap. One team scopes it, draws it, writes it, and keeps it running after launch.

Small on purpose

Four to six people on a project. You talk to the people doing the work, not an account layer.

Fixed scope, fixed price

You get a written scope and a number before anyone opens an editor. Change it and we re-quote in writing.

You own everything

Source files, repositories, infrastructure and documentation transfer to you at handover. No lock-in.

What we do

Five things,
done properly

We'd rather be excellent at a short list than passable at everything. Open a panel to see what's inside each one.

01

Brand & identity

Naming, logotype, type system, colour, and a design system your team can actually use without calling us.

02

Product design

Interface design for software people use all day. Research, flows, prototypes, and specs written so engineers don't have to guess.

03

Web & app development

Marketing sites, web apps, and internal tools. Typed, tested, fast on a mid-range phone, and hosted somewhere you control.

04

Data & AI engineering

Pipelines, warehouses and dashboards that give one answer instead of four. Plus retrieval and agent systems that stay inside your data.

3D & motion

Product visualisation, configurators and animation for teams selling something physical that's hard to photograph.

How a project runs

Four stages,
in this order

01

Scope

We interview whoever owns the problem, audit what exists, and write the scope. You get a fixed price and a date.

1–2 weeks

02

Design

Direction first, then screens. You see real content in the design, never lorem ipsum, and you review every week.

2–5 weeks

03

Build

The same team writes the code. You get a staging link from week one and watch it fill in, so nothing is a surprise.

4–12 weeks

04

Run

Launch, then 30 days of fixes included. After that you take it in-house or we stay on a retainer. Your call.

Questions

Before
you write

If yours isn't here, ask it in the form below. We answer within one working day.

Most full builds land between €12,000 and €60,000 depending on scope. We quote a fixed price after the scoping stage, so you're never approving an open-ended hourly bill. Smaller sprints start at €3,200.

Scoping usually starts within two weeks of signing. Build slots are booked four to six weeks out. If you have a hard deadline, say so in your first message and we'll tell you straight away whether it's possible.

Often. We can take a whole project, or drop into your repository and board and work alongside your developers. We'll match your stack, your review process, and your definition of done.

You do, from the first commit. Repositories, design files, domains and hosting accounts are in your name and transfer at handover with documentation. We don't hold anything hostage.

Yes. We build with EU hosting by default, write the Impressum and privacy notice with you, and keep a processing agreement on file. For AI features we can run models on infrastructure you control so nothing leaves your environment.

Thirty days of fixes are included in every build. After that you either take it in-house — we run a handover session and leave written docs — or move onto the Partner track for ongoing work.
